My name is Chely Saavedra and I am delighted to welcome you to your vacation home.
Having been born in this wonderful fishing village that has become one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Gran Canaria, and after many years living outside the islands, I am pleased to share with you my holiday home in ArguineguÃn.
The home is located in the wonderful Montecarrera urbanization. Located in the best area of ArguineguÃn, it has large common areas and a large community pool that is heated all year round so you can enjoy it in any season. Montecarrera also has a receptionist and security service.
Your house in ArguineguÃn has more than 100m2 of surface distributed in an entrance hall, two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with shower.
You will also find a living-dining room area with a large open kitchen that is ideal for sharing moments with your loved ones.
The terrace of more than 25m2 has an outdoor dining and living room area and another area with sunbeds to enjoy the pool from the privacy of your own terrace.

ArguineguÃn and the municipality of Mogán offer visitors great tourist attractions, I recommend some:
- Las Marañuelas Beach, Anfi del Mar, Amadores and Puerto de Mogán.
- Boat trips from the Port of ArguineguÃn to Mogán and 4 ports full of water sports.
- Hiking routes and coastal walks throughout the municipality.
- Fantastic gastronomy and local products such as avocados, mangoes and fresh fish daily.
